Each morning, send one message: decisions I owe, deadlines, anything urgent. Each evening, wrap up and preview tomorrow. Fold other bots' updates in.What came back

How to adapt it
- Pick times that match your day, like 7 AM and 8 PM.
- Ask for decisions you owe at the very top, so you can act on them first.
- Tell your other bots to send updates to the briefing instead of messaging you directly.
