Day 6: Set the rules before your AI gets into your life

The story: Day 6: every bot on the crew signed the Stranded Inc. NDA. The Head of Security witnessed every signature.

What I asked for: Ground rules for every bot, then a list of everything they can reach.

Status: Did this.

Before you help me, here are my rules: nothing about me goes to anyone outside without my explicit OK. Draft anything sent in my name for me to approve. Never post or share [topics I list]. When unsure, ask.

Step 2: trim what it can reach

Once the rules are set, send this:

List every app and tool you can reach: what you can read, change, or send, which bot uses it, keep or remove. Read-only. Change nothing.

What came back

One short policy for every bot, and one table with the riskiest access first. Trimming is next.

How to adapt it

• Fill in [topics I list] with what you never want shared, in your own words.
• Run the access list again any time you connect a new app.
• Remove access one item at a time, starting with the riskiest, and check that nothing important broke.
